Moocha is a digital menu management platform that allows restaurants, pubs, lounges, and bars to:

  • Create and manage digital menus
  • Generate QR codes for customer access
  • Manage menu items, categories, and pricing
  • Control access through role-based permissions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu items, descriptions, images, and other materials. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service itself, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Moocha and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and data
  • All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
